Job Title: Receptionist

Pay: $17.00 per hour (can consider performance based increase after hire) Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, some days may be shorter depending on workload, but full-time hours are being offered Start Date: ASAP

What You’ll Do:

As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for:

• Handling and transferring all incoming calls as needed.
• Performing accurate data entry to maintain organized records.
• Routing requests, questions, and orders to the appropriate staff members.
• Scheduling appointments and managing calendars effectively.
• Processing payments with attention to detail.
• Filing important documents and maintaining a tidy workspace.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior clerical experience demonstrating strong organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of QuickBooks to assist with payment processes - preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
