Job Title: General Laborer – Urgently Hiring!

Pay: $17/hr Hours: 9:00 AM – Until Done Each Day Start Date: Monday, Dec 29th - Friday, Jan 2nd

As a General Laborer, you’ll play a critical role in supporting plumbing operations, assisting skilled tradespeople, and ensuring that projects run efficiently and safely. You'll work closely with experienced plumbers and your contributions will be vital to our team’s success.

What You'll Do:

As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting plumbers with installations, repairs, and service calls to ensure seamless operations.
• Carrying tools, materials, and equipment to and from job sites, maintaining organization and efficiency.
• Digging trenches and backfilling as required to support various plumbing tasks.
• Cutting, measuring, and prepping pipes and materials to preparation for installation.
• Cleaning and maintaining job sites to ensure safety and organization at all times.
• Loading/unloading trucks and organizing materials to streamline workflow.
• Following safety procedures and adhering to instructions from lead plumbers to maintain a safe working environment.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A strong work ethic and a genuine willingness to learn and grow in the plumbing trade.
• The physical ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently and perform manual labor as needed.
• Dependability and punctuality to meet job site schedules.
• Comfort working outdoors and in various weather conditions.
• Basic hand tool knowledge (preferred, but not required).
• Previous construction or plumbing labor experience is a plus, but we welcome entry-level candidates too!
