Job Title: Welder

Pay: $22 - $28 per hour (DOE) Hours: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Start Date: ASAP

You’ll work closely with the production team to deliver exceptional results and maintain our commitment to excellence in manufacturing.

What You’ll Do:

As a Welder, you will be responsible for:

• Performing MIG welding on mild steel, stainless steel, and occasionally aluminum according to blueprints.
• Reading and interpreting material specifications and blueprints to ensure accuracy.
• Inspecting welded parts for quality and precision to meet company standards.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly work environment to uphold safety protocols.
• Communicating any machinery or quality issues to management effectively.
• Completing other tasks as assigned to support the team.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Prior MIG welding experience (required).
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Must pass a weld test.
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and reference check.

Location & Schedule:

This position is on-site in Redmond, OR, and offers a steady daily schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
