Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician

Pay: $89,440 - $97,760 per year Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM Start Date: ASAP

What You’ll Do:

As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Reviewing assigned maintenance work orders to identify, recommend, and implement optimal solutions.
• Installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment; performing tasks that require expertise in mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and welding.
• Executing repairs and replacements of motors, pumps, and electro-mechanical equipment while documenting all equipment issues and resolutions.
• Conducting general and preventive maintenance on plant buildings, including plumbing, pipe fitting, and compliance with regulatory codes.
• Carrying out welding tasks using a variety of materials such as steel, stainless steel, and alloys with different equipment and techniques.
• Assisting with electrical installations and repairs as needed, including wiring tasks.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A high school diploma or GED; a trade school diploma or an apprenticeship is preferred, and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree is a plus.
• A minimum of five (5) years of industrial manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Proficiency in pneumatics, hydraulics, and arc welding; PLC programming knowledge is a plus.
• An electrical license (LME, MPJ, MPE, or Journeyman) and the ability to work overtime and flexible hours to support manufacturing needs.
