Job Title: Production Worker

Pay: $16.50 - $19.00 per hour Hours: 12-hour shifts, Day and Night rotations

• Day Shift: 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Night Shift: 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM
• Schedule: Work from Sunday through every other Wednesday; every other Wednesday through Saturday.

As a Production Worker, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our food production operations, ensuring quality and efficiency on the line. You’ll work closely with the production team to deliver results that make a difference for our customers.

What You’ll Do:

As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for:

• Accurately measuring and preparing food ingredients for mass production.
• Operating on a fast-paced, continuous production line to maintain workflow.
• Reading labels, recipes, and work orders effectively in English.
• Completing assigned paperwork, including recording lot numbers.
• Performing regular sanitation of line equipment, parts, and the surrounding environment.
• Engaging in cross-training on various line positions and participating in job rotation as needed.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Previous production-type work experience and a desire for long-term employment.
• Availability to work overtime hours when necessary.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to train fellow team members.
• Physical capability to repeatedly lift and carry 25 to 50 lbs.
• The ability to bend, stoop, twist, and use hands, wrists, and arms throughout the shift.
• Ability to occasionally kneel, reach above the shoulder, and work at heights while handling weights of 25 to 50 lbs.
