Job Title: Door-to-Door Sales Canvasser

Pay: $21.00 per hour + performance bonuses (Earn $50 per qualified lead and $150 per closed deal) Hours: Tuesday – Friday, 8:00AM – 7:00PM Start Date: ASAP

As a Sales Canvasser, you’ll connect with homeowners in local neighborhoods and at community events, sharing information about free roof inspections and maintenance services. You’ll work alongside a supportive team while earning steady hourly pay plus bonuses.

What You’ll Do

As a Door-to-Door Sales Canvasser, you will be responsible for:

• Visiting assigned neighborhoods and community events to engage with homeowners

• Talking with residents about free roof inspections and maintenance options

• Distributing flyers and collecting accurate contact information for the estimator team

• Answering basic questions and representing the company professionally

• Working closely with a small, supportive team to meet outreach goals

• Maintaining a positive, respectful approach—this is not cold selling

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Friendly, outgoing personality and strong communication skills

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

• Ability to walk, stand, and work safely outdoors for extended periods

• Willingness to learn, grow, and take feedback

• Dependability, professionalism, and a positive attitude

• No sales experience required—paid training provided;

  experience is preferred, however!

Location & Schedule
