Pay: $24.00 – $28.00 per hour, DOE Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Start Date: ASAP

You’ll work closely with a small, skilled team to produce precision parts and keep equipment running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

As a Manual Machinist, you will be responsible for:

• Operating and maintaining manual metal lathes and other shop machinery.
• Running grinders and performing light welding as needed.
• Measuring, cutting, and machining components to precise specifications.
• Cleaning and maintaining a safe, organized work environment.
• Assisting in the repair and fabrication of hydraulic and pneumatic components.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Proven experience operating manual machining equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Comfort using pneumatic tools and hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Ability to lift and maneuver 40–50 lbs consistently.
• Ability to read and interpret measurements and convert fractions to decimals.
• No certifications required.

Location & Schedule

This position is on-site in Springfield, Oregon, and offers Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM hours.
