Job Title: Payroll and Bookkeeper Hiring Now

Pay: $27.00 Hours: 9:00am - 4:00pm Monday - Friday  Start Date: ASAP Long-standing, small, family owned CPA firm with very little turnover is seeking a Payroll and Bookkeeper!  

As a Payroll and Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for:

• Process invoices for payment
• Receive payments and record in Quickbooks
• Make A/R call on past due accounts
• Assemble Tax Returns
• Process weekly, bi-weekly & monthly payroll for several customers
• Prepare quarterly payroll tax returns
• Answer phone
• Greet visitors

The ideal candidate for this role will have: 

• Must be proficient using Quickbooks
• Must have Experience processing payroll
