As a General Laborer – Floater, you’ll assist wherever needed, helping the facility maintain efficiency, quality, and safety across the production process.

What You’ll Do:

As a General Laborer – Floater, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting in various areas of the manufacturing process, including material handling and machine operation support.

• Moving and staging raw materials, supplies, and finished products.

• Supporting machine operators with loading/unloading materials and monitoring equipment.

• Inspecting products for defects and reporting any issues.

• Performing basic assembly tasks and preparing components for production.

• Operating hand tools and basic machinery (training provided).

• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

• Following all safety guidelines and company protocols.

• Performing other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse environments (preferred but not required).

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.

• Willingness to work in different departments and adapt to changing priorities.

• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools (a plus).

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
