Pay: $17.50/hour Hours: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM Start Date: ASAP Position Type: Temp-to-Hire for the right candidate

Looking for a hands-on role with long-term career potential? Join a well-established irrigation equipment manufacturer as a Powder Coater & Galvanizer in Harrisburg, OR, where you’ll support the finishing and protection of metal products used in agricultural and commercial irrigation systems.

As a Powder Coater & Galvanizer, you’ll prepare, coat, and finish metal components, ensuring a durable and high-quality product that stands up to years of use. You’ll work closely with the production team and receive on-the-job training to grow your skills in coating processes and metal finishing.

What You’ll Do:

As a Powder Coater & Galvanizer, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing parts for paint and coating application.

• Setting up and operating coating equipment, including airless sprayers, conventional sprayers, brushes, and rollers.

• Un-racking galvanized materials and counting, marking, and tagging finished parts.

• Cleaning galvanized products using hand files, grinders, wire brushes, and similar tools.

• Identifying coating voids and repairing them using hot sticks, brush-on paint, aerosol coatings, liquid zinc, and torches.

What You’ll Bring:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices.

• Willingness to learn and develop powder coating and galvanizing skills.
