Job Title: Maintenance Technician – Day Shift

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring production equipment runs safely and efficiently.

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machinery including mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, electronic, and pneumatic systems.

• Repair production line equipment such as conveyor belts, packaging, grinding, and stacking equipment.

• Assist with machinery and equipment installation as needed.

• Perform light steel fabrication, cutting, and welding.

• Inspect, adjust, and maintain production equipment to ensure peak performance.

• Diagnose malfunctions and complete preventive maintenance per schedule.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned.

• Previous maintenance experience required; manufacturing experience preferred.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly.

• Physical ability for prolonged standing, bending, kneeling, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to read measurements, follow instructions, and complete written documentation.

• Comfortable operating controls and performing basic math functions.

• Positive, teachable attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
