Pay: $24.20 per hour Hours: Monday - Thursday, 4:00 AM - 2:30 PM; Friday, 4:00 AM - 9:00 AM Start Date: ASAP

As a Green Chain Puller, you’ll play a crucial part in the efficient processing of dimensional lumber, ensuring our high standards are met while maintaining a safe, organized work environment. You will work closely with your team to deliver quality products and contribute to our continued success.

What You’ll Do:

As a Green Chain Puller, you will be responsible for:

• Pulling lumber off the conveyor belt and sorting it effectively.
• Ensuring all lumber is loaded according to specified criteria, including size, length, and lumber grade.
• Stacking all units to the correct height and width for optimal organization.
• Properly locating stickers to ensure product stability.
• Stacking re-saw and trim lumber into stable units for further processing.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• The physical ability to lift 50 lbs continually—this is a very demanding job requiring physical conditioning.
• Willingness to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
• A solid record of punctuality and good attendance.
• Understanding of the fundamentals of saw milling.
• Strong teamwork skills to promote a supportive working environment.
• The ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to fill in on off-shift as required.
