Job Title: Wood Shop Production Worker Urgent Hire

Pay: $18.00/hr Hours: Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm Start Date:ASAP We are seeking a Production Worker for a Temp-Hire position with our customer, an innovative manufacturing company with unrivaled customer service and continuous improvement located in Cottage Grove, Oregon. The Production Worker will play an essential role in the hands-on manufacturing of small housing units.  The ideal candidate will maintain an organized and safe environment while actively contributing to the efficient processing of high end small housing units. As a Production Workers, you will be responsible for:

• Operate wood working machines
• Sand various sizes of wood by using belt and palm sanders
• Stain wood using foam applicators
• Operate pallet jack to move product as needed
• Clean up

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Must be able to stand the entire shift
• Reading a tape measure is a must!
• Must be able to lift 30-50 lbs. consistently
• Physical position
