Urgently Hiring a Top notch Salesperson in Bend! Salesperson $20 hr plus Commission Hours 9:00 to 5:30 - Must be available to work Saturdays Started Date: ASAP

Looking for a Salesperson to join the team in Beautiful Bend Oregon. Join one of Central Oregon's most recognized Fireplace and outdoor living companies. As a Salesperson you will provide exceptional service and build lasting relationships with customers delivering stellar results and top notch customer service is the primary goal. 

What You'll Do: As a Salesperson you will be responsible for:

  • Customer consultation: Greet customers, discuss their heating and design needs, and recommend suitable products like gas, wood, or electric fireplaces and other related products.

  • Product expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the entire product line, including technical specifications, venting requirements, fuel types, and design styles.

  • Sales and quoting: Create accurate sales quotes, prepare sales contracts, and process transactions. This may include handling both in-showroom and remote/online sales.

  • Project coordination: Collaborate with and coordinate installation and service teams to ensure seamless project execution, accurate timelines, and customer satisfaction.

  • Relationship management: Follow up with customers, manage the sales pipeline using a CRM system, and handle customer complaints.

  • Market knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and local building codes and regulations.

  • Goal achievement: Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets. 

What You'll Bring: The ideal candidate for the salesperson role will have:

  • Product knowledge of fireplaces, stoves, and related accessories preferred

  • Excellent communication, listening, and relationship-building skills.

  • Sales expertise, including lead generation, quoting, and closing deals.

  • Familiarity with home improvement concepts and installation requirements.

  • Ability to use customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects.
