Job Title: Industrial Painter

Pay: $17-25/hr DOE temp-to-hire  Hours: M-F 7am- 3:30pm but must be flexible for overtime and occasional Start Date: ASAP Local Leader in Industrial Equipment Manufacturing for over 75 years is seeking an experienced Industrial Painter in Roseburg, OR.  If you have proven work experience as an Industrial Painter, along with a drive for excellence, we are looking for you!  

As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for:

• Prepare parts and assemblies for the application of protective coatings
• Prepare and apply protective coatings per manufacturer's instructions and industry standards. 
• Documents actions by completing production and quality logs
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
• Maintains continuity with internal/external customers by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
• Ability to multitask, work in a team environment, demonstrate accountability and professionalism.
• Follow instructions from area leads, supervisors, and management

The ideal candidate for this role will have: 

• Proven work experience as an Industrial Painter
• Ability to read blue prints
• Uses Pressure Pot & Airless paint sprayers effectively
• Ability to handle heavy equipment
• Demonstrate integrity and professionalism
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to compute proper mixing ratios for different products
• Ability to qualify on bridge crane and forklift
• Ability to obtain and maintain respirator qualification
