Job Title: Heavy Equipment / Front End Loader Operator

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $23.00/hour

Schedule:

• Rotating 12-hour shifts (3/4 schedule)

• Wednesday – Friday or Tuesday – Friday

• 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED

• 1–2 years of loader operation experience preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly

• Comfortable with heights, confined spaces, and climbing in/out of equipment

• Good coordination and ability to multi-task

• Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude

Job Duties:

• Mix raw materials to meet production specifications

• Receive and separate incoming raw materials

• Inspect materials for quality and report defects

• Load infeed bins per production schedule

• Perform loader inspections and basic maintenance

• Communicate with team members to ensure smooth workflow

• Other duties as assigned
