Job Title: Shipping Clerk – Shipping & Job Entry | Urgently Hiring!

Pay: $18.50–$19.00 per hour Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Start Date: ASAP Duration: Temp-to-Hire (90 days)

We are seeking a Shipping Clerk for a Temp-to-Hire opportunity with our client, a trusted manufacturing company in Harrisburg, OR. This hybrid role blends hands-on warehouse tasks with administrative job entry and coordination. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. As a Shipping Clerk, you will:

• Enter job orders and maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs)
• Pack, stage, and ship customer orders with accuracy and speed
• Coordinate daily shipments and communicate with carriers and the sales team
• Work cross-functionally with shipping, production, and inventory teams
• Track and resolve inventory discrepancies and shipping issues

You’re a great fit if you have:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience in warehousing, shipping, or order entry

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, ERP systems)

• Willingness to obtain forklift certification

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and follow all PPE and safety protocols
