Job Title: Production Laborer

Pay: $16/hour Hours: To Be Determined Start Date: To Be Determined

We are looking for a Production Laborer to work for a leading production company!

The Production Laborer will play an essential role in supporting daily production by moving materials, operating basic equipment (after training), and keeping a clean, safe work area The ideal candidate will maintain an organized and safe environment. As a Production Laborer, you will be responsible for:

• Load/unload and stage materials and finished product.
• Operate hand/power tools and basic production equipment (after training).
• Follow work orders and instructions; perform simple quality checks.
• Maintain housekeeping (sweep, sort, dispose of scrap).
• Follow all safety rules and wear required PPE.
• Assist teammates and perform other duties as assigned.
• Reliable, safety-minded, and willing to learn.
• Able to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
• Previous warehouse/production or forklift experience a plus (not required).

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and a team-oriented attitude.
•  Forklift certification preferred but not required.
•  Ability to lift and maneuver up to 40 lbs consistently and stand for long periods.
