We are seeking a Part time receptionist for a Temporary position with our client, a local property manager, located in Salem, Oregon. The Part time receptionist will play an essential role in greeting and helping guests and tenants. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with people. As a Part Time Receptionist, you will be responsible for:

• Answering phones and taking messages 
• Greeting guests and tenants in the office 
• Help tenants complete maintenance requests 
• Give directions to guests, vendors or tenants
• Other office duties as assigned 

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Bilingual English/Spanish is very helpful
• Previous office experience 
• Good communication skills
• Good organization skills 
• Ability to walk throughout the complex if needed
