Job Title: Food Production Laborer

• Day: 6:45 AM–3:15 PM ($18.00/hr)

• Swing: 2:45 PM–11:15 PM ($18.90/hr)

• Night: 10:45 PM–7:15 AM ($19.00/hr)

As a Food Production Laborer, you’ll support daily food processing and packaging operations while helping maintain product quality and production flow.

As a Food Production Laborer, you will be responsible for:

• Inspecting fresh or processed product on rolling trays.

• Moving product through processing and/or packaging systems.

• Loading and unloading trays and carts.

• Dumping trays of product and assisting with rack movement.

• Packing finished products into cardboard boxes.

• Labeling and sealing product cases and cartons.

• Cleaning and setting up processing and packaging equipment.

• Performing other general production tasks as needed based on workflow.

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Ability to work independently and with a small team.

• Prior production experience (preferred, but not required — training provided).

• Ability to stand for an entire shift.

• Ability to regularly lift 15 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.

• Strong commitment to personal and food safety.

• Willingness to remove all jewelry, piercings, ear gauges, and dermal implants before each shift (medical alert jewelry is allowed).
