Job Title: Pallet Assembler Pay: $19.00/hr Hours:Monday-Friday 6:00AM - 2:30PM Start Date: ASAP We are seeking a Pallet Assembler for a Temp-Hire position with our client, a locally owned company that manufactures and refurbishes pallets located in Eugene, Oregon. The Pallet Assembler will be responsible for performing routine assembly operations at various stages of the production process.   The ideal candidate will maintain an organized and safe environment while actively contributing to the efficient manufacturing of pallets. As a Pallet Assembler, you will be responsible for:

• Assembly Operations: Perform routine assembly tasks and minor set-ups of fixtures and equipment.
• Measuring and Documentation: Use minor measuring devices as needed and maintain work-related paperwork.
• Material Handling: Move materials/products between different operations as required.
• Compliance: Adhere to established ESD, safety, ergonomic, and security policies.
• Clean-Up: Conduct area clean-up as necessary to maintain a safe and organized workspace.

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Ability to read and understand verbal or written instructions for electro-mechanical products.
• Basic knowledge of computers.
• Capable of working effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to drive a company vehicle.
• Experience with hand tools.
