Job Title: Office Assistant - Hiring NOW!

Pay: $17/hr Hours: Regular Shift: Mon- Fri, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM - Temp 3 month project Start Date: 6/2/2025 We are currently seeking an Office Assistant for a temporary role for 3-5 months at one of our Local leaders in the timber industry. This position is a short 10-15 minute drive from Roseburg, OR. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the administrative department with stocking products, preparing the office for the day, scheduling conference meetings, event planning and more! As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for:
  • Open office spaces, conference rooms and bathrooms - turning on lights and checking inventory
  • Filing 
  • Organizing  
  • Admin Support 
  • Restock lunch rooms and coffee stations
  • Restock printers (as needed)
  • Assist with the preparation of mail bags
  • Check mail
  • Assist with UPS orders
  • Assist with booking of the conference room
  • Assist with event planning details
  • Order meals for office staff (as needed)
  • Light maintenance and housekeeping duties (as needed)

The ideal candidate for this role will:

  • Have a high School Diploma or GED
  • Follow direction well
  • High attention to detail 
  • Strong organizational skills
