Duties and Responsibilities for Overhead Crane Operator

• Operate overhead crane to lift, move, and position loads (machinery, equipment, steel material)
• Utilize crane controls, pedals, levers, and buttons to regulate speed/direction of crane and hoist movement
• Climb up and down burn tables to position materials
• Grind & deburr steel parts using handheld grinder

Skills and Qualifications for Overhead Crane Operator

• Heavy lifting required
• Must be able to read a tape measure
• Tenured experience in shop experience and machine operation experience

Temp-Hire Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 5:00AM - 2:30PM Must be available to work Mon-Fri, 4:00AM - 2:30PM and occasional Sat, IF/WHEN mandated by client. Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour, DOE #STEUG
