Pay: $18.00 per hour Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:15 AM – 2:45PM Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking a hardworking Front Desk Receptionist for a temp-to-hire position to assist with a variety of office duties. The ideal candidate will be comfortable greeting customers and possess a high degree of attention to detail. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a dynamic and engaging office role!

As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be responsible for:
  • Performing receptionist duties: answering phones, directing calls, and receiving materials.

  • Providing customer service: setting appointments and assisting with various needs.

  • Inputting data into the system: managing customer information and accounts receivable.

  • Periodically receiving small, lightweight packages and organizing the contents.

  • Filing and maintaining records.
