Job Title: Industrial Paint Prep Worker - Hiring Now 

Pay: $16.50 per hour Hours: Monday - Friday, 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM OT as needed until 4:00PM Start Date: ASAP We are seeking a Industrial Paint Prep Worker for a Temp-Hire for our client, a local fabrication shop that manufactures steel parts for the gaming industry, located in Eugene, OR. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a great program and further your career in this industry, located in Eugene, OR.  

As a Industrial Paint Prep Worker, you will be responsible for:

• Racking/Unracking loading metal products on conveyors in powder coating department
• Applying powder coat masking tape, plugs, and jigs
• Powder coat Masker will complete all required internal and external paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
• Handle highly cosmetic parts while preserving cosmetic integrity

The ideal candidate for this role will have: 

• The ability to read prints.
• Be detail oriented.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Be self-directed and motivated.
• Have good basic math skills.
