Job Title: Shipping & Receiving Clerk

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00/hour, DOE Hours:Monday-Thursday 6:00AM - 4:30PM Start Date:ASAP We are seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk for a Temp-Hire position with our customer, a long-standing utility trailer manufacturer that offers American-Built products, including utility, cargo, horse, livestock, and specialty trailers located in Coburg, Oregon. The Shipping & Receiving Clerk will play an essential role in the hands on logistics of trailers and trailer parts. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a large and local manufacturing facility and further your career in this industry, located in Coburg, Oregon. As a Shipping & Receiving Clerk, you will be responsible for:

• Inspect trailers (or trailer parts) to ensure they meet quality and shipping standards before dispatch.
• Coordinate with the production team to confirm that finished products are ready for shipping.
• Ensure trailers are properly loaded, secured, and protected for transport to avoid damage during transit.
• Generate and prepare shipping paperwork, such as bills of lading, shipping labels, packing lists, and customs documents if necessary.
• Ensure all shipping documents are accurately completed and accompany the goods to the customer or distribution center.
• Track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues that may arise with carriers or shipping schedules.

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Must have strong computer skills and organizational skills
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs as needed throughout the day and up to 75lbs with a Team-Lift
• Must be able to read & use a tape measure
• A high level of Attention to Detail is a must!
• Must display a 'Sense of Urgency' - this is a fast-paced production facility!
