Sanitation Worker Urgent Hire Pay: $18.00/hr Hours: 11:00AM-7:00PM  Start Date: ASAP We are seeking a Sanitation Worker for a Temp-Hire position with our client, a reputable manufacturer that supplies high-quality golf putters located in Creswell, Oregon. The Sanitation Worker will play an essential role in keeping the production facility clean and safe.  The ideal candidate will maintain an organized and safe environment while actively contributing to the efficient operation of the production facility. As a Sanitation Worker you will be responsible for:

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, floors, fixtures, and surfaces
• Empty trash and recycling bins, ensuring proper disposal methods
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks
• Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and floor scrubbers
• Ensure all common areas, including lobbies and break rooms, are tidy and well-maintained
• Follow and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries
• Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed to management promptly

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a sanitation, custodial, or janitorial roles preferred
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling procedures
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence
• Good communication and time management skills
