Job Title: Seasonal Facilities Maintenance

Pay: $18.00/hour (20.00/hr for Weekend Shift) Hours: 4/10's Tues to Fri or Fri to Mon 5:30 am to 4pm Start Date: Seasonal  We are seeking  THREE Seasonal Facilities Maintenance workers for a Seasonal  position with our client, located in Albany, Oregon. The Seasonal Facilities Maintenance Workers will be responsible for the cleaning of parks and facilities including park restrooms. The ideal candidate will interact with the public frequently and the ability to drive a 1-ton custodial truck. This is a great opportunity for those that enjoy physical work, learning new things, and want to spend the summer working with a talented team to make Albany, Oregon beautiful.  

As a Seasonal Facilities Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for:

• Facilities Maintenance duties
• Cleaning 33 parks in the Albany area
• Preparing for rentals and user groups
• Picking up trash
• Light maintenance when needed
• Covering graffiti 
• Driving a maintenance truck

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• The ability to lift 50 pounds on a repetitive basis 
• The ability to pass a drug screen (NO marijuana)
• A valid Driver's license and clean driving record.
• Prior experience in a similar role.
