Machine Maintenance Technician Urgently Hiring Pay: $17.50+ DOE Hours: Monday - Friday from 6am - 2:30pm Start Date: ASAP We are seeking a Machine Maintenance Technician for a Temp-Hire position for our client, a long-standing company that manufactures full line irrigation fittings & equipment products for farm and commercial use located in Eugene, OR. The Maintenance Technician will inspect different equipment and perform any repairs or preventative maintenance when required. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a great program and further your career in this industry, located in Eugene, OR.  As a Machine Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Conduct routine safety checks and maintenance on equipment
• Detect, identify and repair building issues such as basic problems with electrical, plumbing and carpentry
• Assemble mechanical components, perform repairs
• Keep repair tools and supplies clean and organized
• Systems Management/Record Maintenance
• Help manage maintenance supplies and work orders
• Prioritize job duties to ensure all deadlines are met
• Maintain records of work and inspections done on-premises
• Perform inventory on repair supplies

The ideal candidate for this role will have: 

• This is a Machine maintenance position, not a property maintenance position
• Prior Mechanic/ Machine maintenance required
• 1-2 years of machine maintenance experience preferred but not required
• Strong understanding of maintenance procedures.
