TIG Welder

Work for a local steel manufacturing company looking for TIG Welders to work on their day shift! These openings are for all skill levels and a great opportunity to get your foot in the door and build your skills in this industry! Duties and Responsibilities TIG Welder

•  TIG Welder will complete all required internal and external paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
• Report problems or situations to Department Lead or Supervisor in a prudent and timely fashion as they arise.
• Communicate effectively with engineers, expeditors, managers, office staff and employees.
• Set a good example for others to follow.
• Maintain all quality standards required within the department.
• Inspect all parts manufactured for quality and efficient production methods and report all
• inconsistencies to Department Lead or Supervisor in a timely manner.
• Abide by Employee Handbook including regular attendance and working cooperatively.

Skills and Qualifications for TIG Welder

• The ability to read prints.
• Be detail oriented.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Be self-directed and motivated.
• Have good basic math skills.
• Must be able to produce quality welds in an efficient manner.

Job Details for TIG Welder Temp-Hire Work Schedule: Mon-Thurs 7:30AM - 4:00PM Must be available to work overtime, IF/WHEN mandated by client Pay Rate:  $20.00 - $24.00, DOE and weld test
