Locally owned company based out of Springfield, OR that specializes in producing plywood, custom wood panels, and insulation barriers for the RV industry and more is seeking a Plywood Bander Stacker! Need help applying? Call us at 541-746-6200!

Duties and Responsibilities for Plywood Bander Stacker:

• Band by hand (using heavy duty, industrial grade Rubber Bands) Strips of Plywood that have already been cut to length and put into roughly 18 lb. bundles for Stacking
• Stack Bundled & Banded pieces as directed for outbound shipment
• General Cleanup as needed 
• You May be either constantly Banding OR constantly Stacking - OR you may be switching between these 2 positions with your production partner, as this is a two-person job that will require being able to work effectively solo, as well as part of a 2-person team on this project.

Skills and Qualifications for Plywood Bander Stacker:

• Must be able to read & use a tape measure
• Must be able to stand on your feet for the duration of a 10 hour shift 
• Must be safety minded and able to take and follow directions 
• Must be able to work well with and communicate effectively with a teammate, throughout the duration of your shift
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly throughout the day, as needed
