Office and Marketing Coordinator

A Long-Standing, Project Solutions Company that provides Construction Cost Estimates and Consulting Services to a wide variety of clients, including: The Federal Government, the State of Oregon, the City of Eugene, Lane County, the University of Oregon, Oregon State University, many highly regarded Architectural Firms, Contractors, Developers and more, is seeking an Office and Marketing Coordinator.

Duties and Responsibilities for Office and Marketing Coordinator

  • Writing letters and checks
  • Using Quicken
  • Keeping track of insurance coverages and requesting insurance certificates
  • Downloading documents for in-house estimators to use
  • Calling and/or emailing subcontractors and suppliers for pricing information
  • Calling and/or emailing, visiting architectural firms for marketing
  • Keeping our “Project Center” software up to date with names, contacts, and project descriptions
  • Organizing digital drawings and specification files for in-house estimators to use

Skills and Qualifications for Office and Marketing Coordinator

  • Skilled in use of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook software
  • Interest in learning the basics of cost estimating
  • A very high level of attention to detail is a Must!
  • Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills are absolutely imperative
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly with both external and internal channels of communication; over the phone, in email form, as well as Virtual Meetings
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks accordingly
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • No travel required
  • Non-Smoking facility

Job Details for Office and Marketing Coordinator Temp-Hire

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM

Pay Rate Range: $20.00 - $28.00/hour, DOE
