Duties and Responsibilities for Lead Galvanizer:

• Oversee daily operation of the galvanizing crew. Usually 6 people.
• Operates the Acid recovery system daily.
• Responsible for keeping inventory for galvanizing supplies.
• Responsible for daily record keeping.
• Operate forklift to move all the finished parts to the next department.
• Will also be required to learn all aspects of the Galvanizing operation

          Which Include           -  Running parts thought the pretreatment system\ acid tanks.           -  Tonging and cleaning parts coming out of the Galvanizing kettles.           -  Dips the parts in the galvanizing Kettles.

Skills and Qualifications for Lead Galvanizer:

• Must have very strong upper body strength
• Will lift up to 50lbs on a consistent basis
• Must be comfortable working in warm work environment
• Must have Manager/supervisor experience

Temp-Hire Work Schedule:

Monday - Thursday 6:00AM - 4:30PM

Pay Rate:

$21.00 Plus DOE Per hour Benefits Upon Hire:

• 401k match 25% of first 6% of employee contribution (6% contribution = 2% match)
• Perfect attendance bonus is $100 per quarter plus additional $200 for perfect attendance in a calendar year.
• Medical, dental, $10k life insurance is $37.50 PPP. Family coverage is $87.50 (as of 6/23/22)
• Short term disability available (60% payout of wages for maximum 12 weeks with one week waiting period-$6-$12 PPP)
