A small but highly reputable, Structural and Architectural Steel Company who specializes in Custom Projects for both residential and commercial clients throughout Oregon is seeking a
Certified MIG Welder Fabricator to join their growing team.

Duties and Responsibilities for Certified Welder Fabricator:
- Identify Proper Materials for a Project as assigned
- Each Fabricator will be given all of the steel parts necessary for a project or piece of a larger scale project and the schematics/blueprints to go off of and allowed to focus on and fabricate that specific project.
- Locate and Mark Cutting lines per shop drawings
- Construct Templates and Fixtures
- Verify conformance of work piece to spec using Square, Ruler, Tape Measure
- Set up and Operate Machine Tools and various equipment, such as: Band Saw, Iron Worker or Mag Drill
- Ensure Quality Control Standards with the use of Blueprints
Skills and Qualifications for Certified Welder Fabricator:
- Must be able to read & use a tape measure
- Must be able to Read Blueprints
- Must be a certified welder with a minimum of D 1.1 3G/4G Cert AND have that card or paperwork to present when needed
- Must have a Valid Drivers License and a Clean Driving Record to be insurable, as you may sometimes assist with product pick ups or deliveries, in a company Vehicle
- Basic Math Skills Required
- Experience with Structural MIG welding Preferred
- Forklift Experience Preferred
- Preference for experience with 2-5' in Steel Fabrication - but not required

Monday - Friday
7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
OT is often available if desired, but is never mandatory!
Pay Rate:
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour DOE
