Duties and Responsibilities for Certified Flagger

• The Certified Flagger uses radio and paddle to work as a team to direct traffic
• Follow all rules and laws

Skills and Qualifications for Certified Flagger

• Must have active/valid flagger certification
• Stay alert and ready at all times
• Must be able to work on feet 8-10 hrs at a time
• Must be able to work in all conditions
• Must have your own stop/slow paddle (ask the office for assistance with purchase if needed)
• Must have your own radios 
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have High Visibility clothing

• 925 S Grape St Medford OR 
• 7 am until done
• $16.00/hr 
• $50 mileage reimbursement for flaggers travelling from Roseburg
