Duties and Responsibilities for HR Administrative Assistant :
- Conduct pre-placement screening
- Coordinate new hire onboarding
- PTO/Sick Pay Administration
- Maintain Team Member Personnel Files & HR Records
- Perform HR administrative support
Skills and Qualifications for HR Administrative Assistant :
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- The Working knowledge of safety and security in a home center and/or retail environment
- Specialized equipment used in this job includes: Personal computer, desktop scanner, multi-line phone system, fax machine, copier, cell phone.
- Must have previous previous admin experience
- Must have previous human resources administrator experience
Job Details for HR Administrative Assistant :
Temporary until end of March
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday
8:00AM - 5:00PM
* Must be available to work a little later on some days, when OT is required
Pay Rate:
$21.00 - 25.00/hr
