Duties and Responsibilities for Talent Acquisition Specialist:
- Recruit, Interview and Hire for hourly staff positions
- Communicate with front-line Team Members on employment-related issues
- Help maintain HR reporting
- Facilitate internal interviews for open positions, preparing interview packets, gathering references and giving feedback on candidates to hiring manager.
- Preparation of Promotion Announcements and Internal Job Postings
- Coordinate formal job offer meetings with HR Administrative Assistant
- Respond to general employment and reference requests
- Archive terminated Team Member folders and provide exit surveys
- Assist VP of HR with special projects
Skills and Qualifications for Talent Acquisition Specialist:
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- The Working knowledge of safety and security in a home center and/or retail environment
- Specialized equipment used in this job includes: Personal computer, desktop scanner, multi-line phone system, fax machine, copier, cell phone.
- Must have previous recruiter experience
Job Details for Talent Acquisition Specialist:
Temporary until end of March
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday
8:00AM - 5:00PM
* Must be available to work a little later on some days, when OT is required
Pay Rate:
$23.00 - 28.00/hr
