Duties and Responsibilities for Production Associate:
Operating Assembly Machinery: Operate specialized machinery designed for the assembly of product, including insertion equipment. Ensure the proper setup and calibration of machines to achieve accurate and efficient installation.
Quality Control and Inspection: Conduct regular inspections of assembled product to verify the correct placement and integrity of products. Identify and address any quality issues such as misaligned product or defective assemblies.
Material Handling: Handle and load components into the assembly machines, ensuring a steady supply to maintain production flow. Monitor inventory of materials and coordinate with teams for replenishment.
Machine Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance tasks on assembly machines to keep them in optimal working condition. Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate production records, documenting output quantities, machine settings, and quality control checks. Generate batch records or logs for traceability and quality assurance purposes.
Cleaning and Sanitation: Keep work areas clean and organized, following sanitation protocols to prevent contamination of products. Conduct regular cleaning of assembly equipment and changeover procedures between production runs.
Skills and Qualifications for Production Associate:

Reliable
Basic Manufacturing Knowledge
Data tracking skills are a plus as shift managers need to interact with the production management software.

Temp-Hire
Shift: Mon-Fri 2:00pm-10:00pm or 10:00pm-6:00am
$22.00/hr swing shift, 10% shift differential for graveyard!
