• Safety Compliance: Uphold all safety rules and procedures, promote a safe work environment, and embrace the Target Zero philosophy.
• Production Schedules: Read, understand, and follow production schedules to ensure timely and accurate manufacturing.
• Equipment Operation: Adjust and set equipment parameters to meet production requirements.
• Material Handling: Gather materials based on production schedules for continuous and efficient door crafting.
• Quality Control: Perform quality checks throughout the production process to ensure specifications are met.
• Communication: Maintain professional and effective communication to support product flow.
• Record Keeping: Maintain downtime records and production information.
• Housekeeping: Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a clean work environment.

Requirements for a Manufacturing and Production Person:

• Preferably one year of experience in a manufacturing setting.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Regular attendance.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Manufacturing and Production Person:

• Proficient with computers for reading order specifications, updating databases, and retrieving/updating data.
• Ability to take accurate measurements using a tape measure and calipers.
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, driving forklifts, and using push carts safely and efficiently.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, 20 lbs regularly, and 10 lbs frequently; able to sit, kneel, and stoop.
• Proficient in basic arithmetic, including adding and subtracting fractions and converting fractions to decimals.
• Ability to read, follow, and understand work instructions from written and verbal sources.
• Basic writing skills.
• Excellent attendance record.
• Commitment to team members, self-motivation, and accountability for safety and quality.

Job Details for Manufacturing and Production Person : 

• Shift: Mon-Thurs and sometimes Friday  5:30am - 4:00pm or Mon - Thurs and sometimes Friday 4PM to 2:30 AM 
  • Must be available for overtime on some Friday's
• $17.29/hr + DOE
