Selectemp Employment is seeking a dedicated Production Warehouse Inventory Associate. The Production Warehouse Inventory Associate collaborates directly with department Supervisors and Managers to maintain accurate inventory, pull kits and issue materials to the manufacturing work centers based on our production schedules.  Effectively maintains inventory levels using the company's inventory management system.

Duties and Responsibilities for the Production Warehouse Inventory Associate: 

• Schedule: 

  Work 40 hours a week Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

• Pay Rate: $18/Hr

Qualifications:

• 1+ plus years experience  in inventory or Warehouse, preferably with a manufacturing company. Must be competent in using a computer to perform inventory - related work.
• Safety Conscious: Adhere to safety protocols at all times.
• Quality Work: Demonstrate a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Teamwork: Able to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Computer Skills: Basic computer skills required.

• Maintains and stocks inventory in a neat and organized manner ensuring all parts are clearly identified in-bin's, boxes and otherwise. Routes items to appropriate departments and/or inventory stocking areas. May use a dolly, pallet jack or forklift to move heavy parts and materials.
• Pulls parts from stock for kits and rounds to the manufacturing floor.
• Performs cycle counts noting discrepancies between physical counts and computer records. Reports findings to the supervisor and make some improvements to processes and controls.
• Maintains accurate inventory records and performs data entry as appropriate or requested.
• Interacts closely with receiving and other department Leads/Supervisors to ensure they have the parts needed to meet production deadlines.
