Duties and Responsibilities for Technical Support Representative:
- Provide telephone support for all product lines
- Provide customer training for all product lines
- Review best practices with customers
- Track product and customer concerns and patterns
- Process warranty replacements (RMAs’)
- Process limited parts sales
- Efficiently use electronic diagnostic tools and aides
- Analyze field problems and provide feedback to Engineering on product issues and failures
- Assist Engineering in developing and maintaining product application notes
- Manage Alpha/Beta test programs for new products and new product releases
- Collect environmental data for Engineering and test purposes
- Work within company guidelines, policies, and procedures
Skills and Qualifications for Technical Support Representative:
- Experience working with truck wiring and vehicle electronics
- Experience developing installation and troubleshooting manuals
- High School education or GED
- Experience in a Call Center or Support Environment
- Ability to use a PC effectively to complete work-related tasks
- Experience with troubleshooting electronic systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively

Pay Rate:
$23.00 per hour to start
