 The temporary Shipping Associate job in Medford, Oregon is responsible for stocking shelves, selecting inventory, order fulfillment and packaging products. You’ll have a solid understanding of how to work well collectively and independently, while also assisting with production as needed. This is a full time, 1st shift position. 

Essential Job Functions:

• Review job orders
• Prepare items for shipment
• Use RF scanner for pick ticket
• Push roll cart with items to be shipped
• Light use of forklift
• Utilize shipment computer system
• Report any ticket errors to supervisor right away
• Cross train for other positions - Assembly Dept., Receiving & Packaging

Job Requirements:

• Take and follow direction from supervisors
• Attention to detail a MUST
• Maneuver 50lbs ( i.e pushing, pulling, twisting, bending, etc)
• Amazing organizational skills
• PC Savvy
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Remain calm under pressure
• Basic arithmetic knowledge
• Ability to multi-task and stay focussed
• Driven to ensure all tasks are completed each day
• Standing/walking 8-10 hours/day
• Must be a team player
• "Dog" friendly workplace -Must not be allergic to or afraid of dogs

Dress Attire:

• Business casual/comfortable/relaxed
• Closed toe shoes, no sandals
• Neat and clean appearance

Days/Hour:

• Monday - Friday / 7am - 4:30p

Wage:

• $18.00 - $20.00/hr (DOE)
