Job Title: Maintenance Helper

Pay: $20+/hour Hours: Monday-Friday, flexibility between 6:00am-4:30pm, with occasional Saturdays as needed Start Date: ASAP

What You’ll Do:

As a Maintenance Helper, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting with repairs and troubleshooting of production equipment.
• Supporting maintenance technicians by performing routine inspections.
• Managing inventory and maintaining a safe and organized work area.
• Providing assistance with lifting heavy materials and setting up machinery.
• Adhering to safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A high school diploma or GED; trade school or apprenticeship preferred.
• A minimum of 1 year of maintenance experience.
• Basic mechanical skills; knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and welding is a plus.
• The ability to work in high-temperature environments and perform physical tasks.
• Availability for overtime and flexible hours.
