Imaging Services Assistant Manager (CT) Join Power Personnel’s healthcare team as an Imaging Services Assistant Manager (CT). In this leadership role, you’ll oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and support excellence in patient care within the CT and diagnostic imaging departments. Job Details:
  • Location: Mountain View, CA
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts (Start times: 7:30 AM–9:30 AM)
  • Pay: $64.94 – $97.41 per hour (DOE)

Minimum Qualifications: Education:
  • Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program
Licenses & Certifications:
  • California Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT)
  • ARRT (R) and ARRT (CT)
Experience:
  • Minimum 1 year in a management or supervisory role within an acute care imaging department
  • Strong knowledge of TJC, CMS, MQSA, ACR, and FDA requirements
  • Proficiency with Epic and RIS/PACS systems
  • Experience in project leadership, process improvement, and technology implementation
  • Understanding of medical insurance, CPT codes, revenue cycle, and authorizations
A Day in the Life:
  • As the Imaging Services Assistant Manager (CT), you’ll lead daily CT and diagnostic imaging operations to ensure smooth workflows and exceptional patient care. You’ll oversee staffing, scheduling, and staff development while maintaining compliance with TJC, CMS, MQSA, ACR, and FDA standards.
  • Collaboration is key — you’ll work closely with physicians and managers to optimize service delivery, manage budgets and equipment, and support continuous process improvements. You’ll also participate in imaging management team activities, on-call coverage, and the implementation of new technologies to enhance efficiency and quality.
