Why I love to recruit
I find immense satisfaction in the process of recruitment due to its dynamic nature and the opportunity it provides to connect with people from diverse backgrounds. As a Sr. Healthcare recruiter, supervisor, Nursing talent acquisition specialist, and Trainer: it's an exciting process to identify and engage with talented individuals who can contribute positively to an organization. Each candidate represents a unique puzzle to solve, as I meticulously assess their skills, experiences, and cultural fit to determine the best match for both the candidate and the company. Moreover, I derive great fulfillment from the impact of my work, knowing that successful recruitment not only fills critical roles but also shapes the trajectory of individuals' careers and the growth of the organization as a whole. It's this combination of strategic thinking, interpersonal interaction, and the ability to shape destinies that fuels my passion for recruitment. Furthermore, with the completion of my Master's degree in Industrial psychology and the vital skills gained from that degree, I appreciate the opportunity recruitment offers to continuously learn and evolve.
