  • Pay: $32.00 per hour - $35.00 per hour
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday
  • Shifts: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
  • Start Date: 04/06/2026

  • Duration: 26 Weeks initially

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required
Experience:
  • Minimum 1 year of prior patient registration, admissions, or healthcare administrative experience is required
  • Epic is required
Preferred:
  • Prior patient scheduling, call center, or healthcare administrative experience
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance verification processes
  • Experience working in urology department
Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and reschedule patient appointments accurately using Epic
  • Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound patient calls
  • Respond to patient messages and coordinate communication through appropriate systems
  • Handle faxes, mail, and medical record requests in a timely manner
  • Maintain and update patient information in electronic systems
  • Utilize CRM tools to track patient interactions and workflows
  • Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure accurate scheduling and patient readiness
  • Prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism and empathy
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date
  • Support clinic operations with administrative tasks as needed
