Minimum Qualifications
Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (e.g., Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or Operations Management)
Preferred Certifications:

Experience:

2–3 years of progressively responsible experience leading enterprise programs or large-scale cross-functional projects
A Brief Overview
Lead a variety of functional and cross-functional improvement programs by defining the intent of programs, overseeing the development of program goals, deliverables, and tracking/reporting to ensure objectives are met.
This role supports transformative operational and technology initiatives that modernize facilities operations, enhance enterprise security, and drive sustainability across healthcare services.
What You Will Do

Provide program leadership for assigned functional and cross-functional improvement efforts.

Manage, assess, and document program improvement initiatives and scope using standard A3 templates and best practices.

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business priorities in collaboration with management and key stakeholders.

Implement quality control measures to ensure project compliance with hospital, university, and regulatory standards.

Coordinate and participate in staff training and competency assessments for program-related processes, equipment, and systems.

Develop unit programs, define roles and responsibilities, and implement program algorithms as appropriate.

Review program performance metrics and reports; provide coaching and training to drive improvement.

Track advances in operational and building technology; recommend and coordinate equipment evaluations and upgrades.

Conduct regular departmental rounds to promote program goals, safety, and engagement.

Collaborate with departments such as Nursing, Occupational Health, Rehabilitation, Patient Transport, and Security Services to ensure consistent program practices.

Develop and distribute program communications and publicity materials in coordination with program champions and vendors.

Serve as a member of key program committees, present updates to Senior Leadership, and maintain transparent reporting through appropriate communication channels.

Maintain data and dashboards related to program outcomes, process metrics, and cost savings (e.g., injury reduction, efficiency improvements).

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the entire project/program lifecycle, ensuring scope, schedule, and deliverables are achieved.

Collaborate with internal departments (Facilities, Security, IT, Environmental Services, etc.) to align initiatives with organizational strategy.

Lead stakeholder engagement, status reporting, and change management processes.

Use tools such as MS Project, ServiceNow, Excel, and PowerPoint to manage timelines, resources, and communications.

Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and program updates.

Drive adoption of AI-enabled tools and other digital solutions that improve efficiency and outcomes (AI experience or strong interest a plus).
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Proven ability to manage full project and program lifecycles

Strong executive presence with excellent written and verbal communication skills
