Your Role: You’ll manage a busy schedule of imaging appointments, ensuring accurate data entry and efficient communication with families, physicians, and clinical staff. With your expertise in EPIC and medical terminology, you’ll handle high call volumes and guide families through the imaging process with empathy and precision.
Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED

1-2 years of scheduling experience in healthcare

Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures

EPIC proficiency

Strong computer and communication skills

Ability to manage high call volumes
