You’ll schedule pre-op, imaging, and follow-up visits, manage patient calls, and support providers across multiple locations. What We’re Looking For:

Education: High School Diploma or GED
-
Experience: 1–2 years scheduling in the OR
-
Knowledge: Medical terminology, EPIC
-
Tech Skills: Strong computer skills (Windows, Excel, Word)

Strengths: Clear communication, excellent customer service, ability to handle high call volumes

Personality: Organized, calm under pressure, great at multitasking & prioritizing

A Day in the Life:
As a
Radiology Scheduler, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients. Your main role is to:

Schedule clinic, imaging, and pre-op appointments across multiple locations
-
Handle a high volume of patient calls and provide clear communication
-
Work with Nurse Practitioners and providers to coordinate care
-
Upload radiology images into PACS and keep medical records organized
-
Support clinic operations by ensuring smooth scheduling and patient flow
It’s a fast-paced, team-oriented role where you’ll balance patient interaction with keeping the clinic running efficiently.
