Shannon is fantastic! When I needed to take some time to step away from the contract due to health concerns with my dad, her empathy and compassion went above and beyond! This is my first year as a traveling Speech-Language Pathologist, and I initially worked with another recruiter, which was also a positive experience. As a first-time traveling professional, one challenge I’ve encountered is the pressure to complete paperwork in less than 24 hours at times. While prompt responses are understandably part of Shannon’s role, I’ve experienced similar situations with a previous recruiter. Personally, I prefer to take my time reviewing documents and find it difficult to make decisions when I feel rushed. I don’t believe this is a reflection of Shannon’s performance, but rather an aspect of working as a traveling professional with Pioneer.
Overall, Shannon has been effective in responding to my questions and ensuring I receive the necessary information. Her communication is clear, and she consistently makes an effort to address any concerns or assist with adjustments as needed. I truly appreciate Shannon's approach and dedication to supporting me throughout this process, and I look forward to continuing to work with her.
